The Engel & Völkers real estate company has opened an office in Livingston.
Engel & Völkers, an international firm based in Hamburg, Germany, has offices in several Montana locations, including Bozeman. The Livingston office, owned by Bret and Polly Anna Snyder, of Bozeman, opened in November in the Albemarle building at 105 W. Park St., Unit 5.
The office is staffed by Supervising Broker Jane Tecca and two sales associate advisors — Chip Lenihan and Elisa Petz. Tecca, a 30-year resident of Livingston who has 13 years of real estate experience, said Engel and Völkers offers a full range of real estate services for sellers and buyers, from residential to commercial, farm and ranch; and even handles things like…

At a time when many residential brokerages are shuttering storefronts, Engel & Völkers is planning to open a retail shop in prime Midtown that will incorporate real estate sales with its yacht and aircraft leasing operation. The firm inked a lease last week for 1,300 square feet at 430 Park Avenue, according to Stuart Siegel, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers New York Real Estate.
