The Engel & Völkers real estate company has opened an office in Livingston. 


Engel & Völkers, an international firm based in Hamburg, Germany, has offices in several Montana locations, including Bozeman. The Livingston office, owned by Bret and Polly Anna Snyder, of Bozeman, opened in November in the Albemarle building at 105 W. Park St., Unit 5.

The office is staffed by Supervising Broker Jane Tecca and two sales associate advisors — Chip Lenihan and Elisa Petz. Tecca, a 30-year resident of Livingston who has 13 years of real estate experience, said Engel and Völkers offers a full range of real estate services for sellers and buyers, from residential to commercial, farm and ranch; and even handles things like

As a Realtor, quite often we are asked what schools clients children would attend if they bought a home in a certain area. The boundaries change regularly, so it can be a difficult question to answer.
