He and his wife opened their own real estate business in southern California in 2000 and decided to move their family to the mountains of Colorado in 2006. Bret’s ability with systems and organization led him to work with the formation, oversight and training of sales teams for two developers in Colorado from 2006-2009. His love of the mountains and rural areas led him to ranch brokerage COO position in 2009. Bret founded Square Seven Consulting (real estate industry) in 2010. By 2015, Bret had sold, consulted on, or overseen the sale of over $350M of real estate.
