We are seeing a steady growth across the country, actually across the continent per the sited article. There are multiple reasons for that including consumer confidence, high levels of cash buyers, low unemployment which translates to more people working regularly and low inventory. We have a an extra low inventory here due to less future development while our water and sewer districts are at capacity in several areas. Also, Bozeman and many other parts of Montana are highly desirable with a good quality of life. We see buyers come to be closer to family and friends or just to enjoy a simpler, less stressful lifestyle now that more careers allow telecommuting.
