From the luxury peaks of Big Sky to the classic character of Butte, here’s a look at how each area performed last month—and what it means for you.

Bozeman

• Median Sales Price: $932,000 (↓1.0% YoY)

• New Listings: 110 (↓16%)

• Days on Market: 20 (↑178.6%)

• Inventory: 228 (↑15.2%)

Condos & Townhomes

• Median Sales Price: $462,500 (↓12.5%)

• New Listings: 81 (↑12.5%)

• Days on Market: 28 (↑64.7%)

• Inventory: 146 (↓8.8%)

Insight: Inventory is up, and homes are sitting longer—buyers have more breathing room.

Big Sky

• Median Sales Price: $4,500,000 (↑80.1%)

• New Listings: 4 (↑100%)

• Days on Market: 27 (↓82.5%)
