Page HuyettePlease help the Montana 406 family and professionals welcome Page Huyette to the firm.

Page’s Experience - Page will be representing Sellers and Buyers as a professional Realtor and Sales Associate with Montana 406.

“I've been involved in real estate since 1998, specializing in single family and multi-family properties as an investment vehicle.  This has helped me to understand multiple facets of buying and selling properties, such as financing options, development potential, city and county requirements and constructions means and methods.  After stepping back from real estate for a few years to teach at Montana State University, I fell in love with an off-market property in Bozeman, and worked to negotiate a deal with the owner's to sell.  That got the real estate juices flowing again.

Prior to shifting over to a real estate sales career full-time, I worked as an assistant to a high volume Realtor to ensure I truly understood the mechanics of the field before making the change.  After a brief time, it became obvious that I was well suited to be a Realtor, and haven't looked back since.”

Why Southwest Montana? - Page is an experienced Realtor who moved to southwestern Montana with her family, their livestock and pets in 2008 for a great education for their children, an opportunity to ski again, and the chance to connect with the wild beauty of the Rocky Mountains.  In addition to designing landscapes, she writes articles on design and real estate, and also teach design courses at Montana State University.  She lives with her husband and two children in southeast Bozeman.

Page on her clientele - Working for years as a landscape architect and university professor before choosing real estate as a career has given me the ability to quickly assess and understand my clients’ needs and goals.

“I have a keen ability to understand the important connections between home and personality, and am able to do the hard work for my clients so they feel as though the process of working together is supportive and seamless.

My varied experience outside real estate sales also gives me an understanding of the mechanics of construction, city and county planning, design and living spaces which helps ensure satisfaction and a smooth transaction process no matter what the challenge.

I don’t like the word “can’t.” What can we accomplish together?”

Page on Montana 406 – “When it comes to brokering real estate in Bozeman, Montana 406 is light years ahead of other brokerages in the Gallatin Valley in regards to their marketing approach and systems, professional relationships with clients and community, and their ethics in real estate transactions.  After working for both small and franchise brokerages, when it comes to Bozeman real estate, I find Montana 406 to be the ideal blend of experience and innovation, with the nimble ability to react quickly to Buyer and Seller needs without sacrificing attention to details or quality relationships. Our new office off Main Street in downtown Bozeman is a fresh approach to the staid, traditional brokerage model that predominates in the area, and is poised to become the place for people to stop in for information on community events and properties in the area.”
