I have lived in Montana my entire adult life. Paradise Valley near Emigrant MT for the past 9 years. Prior to that I lived in Billings. Seven years ago, I opened a little coffee kiosk in Livingston MT called Poppy’s Coffee Barn that my husband and I built from scratch. Somebody takes a picture of it at least once a day. My husband and I have a ranch outside of Big Timber where we like to stay at least half of our time to take care of our cow/calf operation. Real Estate is the perfect fit for me as I do enjoy driving around our beautiful state and I’m always so intrigued with looking at properties for sale and potentially for sale, and bragging it up to newcomers. In my travels, I love to stop and “smell the roses” and just take in the unbelievable splendor of this state! For me, it works out well that photography is a big passion of mine and I simply never run out of extremely cool subject matter, be it a grizzly bear, bugling elk, bighorn sheep or beautiful landscape. I also enjoy singing and have been singing the National Anthem at the Livingston Roundup Rodeo for the past 6 years. One of my favorite nights of the year!
