Annie Kreder, Real Estate Advisor | REALTOR

Anne Kreder’s passion for all things real estate began at the age of 19 when she undertook the remodel of a dilapidated co-op on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Since that first dusty, mostly-DIY project, Anne has continued to buy, refurbish, renovate and restore. Real estate is a lifelong passion.

Anne was born just outside Scranton, PA. She graduated from New York University with a degree in Communications and worked in television production before heading west to study Wildlife Biology at Colorado State University.

Along the way, Anne renovated a historic property in CT, an Amish barn in PA, and a mountain retreat in Jackson Hole. When she and her husband Jeff moved to Boise, they decided to try something new: a modern dwelling that pushed boundaries.

Anne and her family now call Montana home. Living on a reclaimed fort and former stagecoach stop in Sweet Grass County, Anne has put down firm roots in the local community. She now spends her time helping others create their own dream homes. Her experiences as a buyer, seller, investor, and general contractor allow her to assist her buyers in selecting the perfect property as well as envisioning all their options. Her dedication and skillset mirror the philosophy and practice of Charlotte and Co Real Estate and the boutique real estate experience they provide.

Anne has a passion for the outdoors including fishing, hiking, backpacking, climbing, and skiing. She is an avid knitter and even owned a yarn store. (Yes, she renovated that, too.) And, she’s an adventurous gourmet cook. Anne loves sharing these interests with her children, friends, and clients.
