Railway Lofts & Cottages

Railway Lofts & Cottages | Engel & Völkers Montana

Railways have long been part of Montana's lore.  The railway binding east to west in Gallatin Gateway was born in part from the construction of the Gallatin Gateway Inn in 1927.  With railway facilities in both West Yellowstone and Livingston, Montana, Salesville's Spanish-style inn was constructed to be the perfect tourist destination, as the gateway into Yellowstone National Park from Three Forks, winding through the Gallatin Canyon.  The town of Salesville, Montana changed its name to Gallatin Gateway because of all the attention and booming economy during the Inn's construction and magnitude of the project "having the facilities of an up-to-date country club". Now, nearly 90 years later, come and enjoy the allure and rewards of Railway Lofts & Cottages.
