Eric Ossorio

Advisor | Managing Broker in Big Sky | Big Sky Real Estate

There are many ways to make the most out of Big Sky Real Estate opportunities, and Eric prides himself in knowing them. From his role in creating perpetual trail easements throughout Big Sky to his years of service on the Gallatin Canyon/Big Sky Zoning Advisory Board, Eric has a unique and in-depth knowledge of the area. It is this knowledge that serves as the platform for helping his clients make informed real estate decisions.  A Big Sky realtor for over 25 years, Eric has served as the exclusive listing agent for the ski in ski out lots in Boyne’s Cascade Highlands, developed a sales plan for and sold out the Spanish Peaks Club Condominiums and listed, sold and further subdivided some of the largest tracts of land to ever convey in Big Sky.

Eric is known for his attention to detail. This business is much more than selling a property. It’s guiding the client through the process ¬ from assessing zoning rights, access and easements issues, to understanding and feeling comfortable with today’s variable market conditions says Eric. It’s the little nuances that are so important but are easily overlooked by many. It is important to ensure for the buyer a seamless transaction that doesn’t come back to haunt them later. Eric attended the Greenwich Country Day School, Saint Mark's School, Vassar College including studies at Wharton. Prior to his relocation to Big Sky he was a Broker with Cushman and Wakefield of New York. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the BSOA (Big Sky Owners Association), the Board of Realty Regulation, Gallatin County Tax Appeal Board and is a member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors and MLS. He is fluent in French and Norwegian. He and his wife Stacy have three children and are full time residents of Big Sky. Eric and Stacy do not compete with their clients by trading in Real Estate.
