Bridger Bowl Season Pass Prices Rise August 1 —Buy Before Friday to Save
If you're planning to ski Bridger Bowl this winter, this week is the time to buy your season pass. Prices for the 2026/27 season go up on Saturday, August 1, which means Friday, July 31 is the last day to lock in the lowest rate. For Bozeman families and regular Ridge skiers, that deadline can mean a real difference in cost — especially if you're buying more than one pass.
Here's what's changing, who it affects, and why buying this week is worth the errand.
What's Changing on August 1
Bridger Bowl sells its season passes in three pricing windows each year: an early "Price Thru 7/31" tier, a slightly higher "Starting Aug. 1" tier, and a final "Starting Nov. 1" tier right before the season opens. Waiting even one more week bumps most pass types into that second, more expensive tier.
Here's how the increase breaks down for a few of the most popular passes:
- Full Season Pass (Adult, 25–69): $950 through July 31, rising to $1,100 starting August 1 — a $150 increase.
- Full Season Pass (Junior, 13–18): $530 through July 31, rising to $605 starting August 1.
- Value Season Pass (Adult): $800 through July 31, rising to $925 starting August 1.
- Midweek Season Pass (Adult): $520 through July 31, rising to $570 starting August 1.
Prices climb again on November 1, so the earlier you buy, the more you save. A family of four buying Full Season Passes now versus after August 1 could save several hundred dollars total — and that's before the additional 12% family discount, which is described below.

Don't Forget the Family Discount
Bridger Bowl also offers a family discount worth knowing about while you're shopping passes this week. Families can save 12% on Full Season and Value Passes for up to two adults, plus juniors and children, when purchased online. The discount applies automatically at checkout and is valid for parents or legal guardians. It's available through October 31, 2026, but it doesn't change the fact that the base price itself still increases on August 1 — so stacking the family discount with this week's lower base price is the best combination for household savings.
Note that the family discount excludes Senior, Midweek, Young Adult, and Preschool passes.
Who Should Buy This Week
Not every skier needs to rush, but a few groups will feel the August 1 increase the most:
- Families buying multiple passes. The per-pass savings multiply quickly across two adults and one or two kids.
- Regular Ridge skiers and locals who ski most weekends and already know they'll buy a pass every year — there's no reason to pay the higher tier for the same pass.
- Anyone considering a Full Season Pass, since that pass type sees some of the largest dollar increases between tiers.
If you're still on the fence about which pass type fits your season — Full, Value, or Midweek — it's worth comparing your typical ski days against the Value Pass blackout dates (the week around New Year's and the weeks around MLK weekend and Presidents' Day) before deciding.
Payment Plans Are Still Available
If the upfront cost is a factor, Bridger Bowl offers payment plans on Full, Value, and Midweek passes through November 1, 2026. That means you can still spread out the cost while locking in this week's lower price today, rather than waiting and paying more per pass later.
The Bottom Line
Winter feels far off in late July, but Bridger Bowl's pricing calendar doesn't wait for ski season to arrive. If a season pass is already on your list for this winter, buying before Friday, July 31 is the simplest way to make sure you're not paying more than you have to. Prices increase again in November, so this week's window is the best rate available until next season.
