Bret Snyder, Founder | Marketing Director | Quality Control

Bret grew up in the Newport Beach area of California and went to college at California State University at Fullerton. He was involved in the medical industry from 1989–1997 as a capital equipment, regional sales manager. He got his first real estate license in California in 1999 and currently holds licenses in California, North Carolina, Colorado,
and Montana.

He and his wife opened their own real estate business in southern California in 2000 and decided to move their family to the mountains of Colorado in 2006. Bret’s ability with systems and organization led him to work with the formation, oversight and training of sales teams for two developers in Colorado from 2006-2009. His love of the mountains and rural areas led him to ranch brokerage COO position in 2009. Bret founded Square Seven Consulting (real estate industry) in 2010. By 2015, Bret had sold, consulted on, or overseen the sale of over $350M of real estate.

Bret’s true passions are his family, friends, and helping others succeed in their goals. He is a decorated and accomplished baseball coach and you can find him at home on a diamond in the spring and summer, with children of all ages. His desire to both learn and to teach, along with his detailed style is a great fit for running the daily operations of a company like Montana 406.

Bret lives in Bozeman, with his wife PollyAnna and their two children, Finn and Marin. His time is easily consumed with his love for his family, his work, the outdoors, good food, good wine and good beer (which he also enjoys making).

After a career in the mining industry, I decided to get involved in the real estate business. I became an agent in 2007 and a broker in 2012. I put my client’s needs first- it's something as important as a real estate transaction. I have been a resident of Montana since childhood, married to my high school sweetheart, father to three grown sons, and grandpa to six grandchildren. Jenny received her real estate license from the Montana Board of Realty Regulation in March 2007 and her e-Pro designation shortly after. She is very familiar with Bozeman, having lived here on and off for 20+ years and can’t possibly imagine living anywhere else. Jenny moved back to Bozeman to raise her children after finishing a short tour of duty in the United States Navy. She has always studied computer programs, computer sciences and is proficient with many programs/software and puts those skills to work in the field of real estate.
