PollyAnna Snyder, Founder | Supervising Broker in Bozeman, Montana

As a seasoned real estate professional since 1999, my goal is to help individuals and families with the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets to meet their personal and business financial needs and expectations, in a discreet, secure and professional manner.  I have had the privilege and pleasure of practicing real estate in CA, NC and CO, and am grateful to call MT, and its bountiful amenities, home for several years. I have five (5) primary convictions associated with my real estate practice:  •Responsibility • Accountability • Philanthropy • Awareness • Education

In particular, the Pillars of my real estate business are founded on:

•  Responsible real estate stewardship •  Professional distinction & discretion • Philanthropy & compassion •  Family, fun & humor • Authenticity

I am thankful for both the successful and diversified sales experience I have garnered in both the residential and developer arenas, in various economic and demographic environments. Whether it is helping a family find a new home or secondary residence, or representing the community needs of a developer, I have had the fortune to experience much of what the real estate sales business has to offer.  It is from this experience that my clients, both Buyers and Sellers, receive a breadth and depth of unparalleled, creative and strategic real estate sales knowledge.

Most importantly though, this whole process and experience is about YOU!  Your needs, goals, desires and expectations are paramount, and I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

“Give me 1% of your confidence and I’ll earn the other 99%!”

Bret Snyder, Founder | Marketing Director | Quality Control

Bret grew up in the Newport Beach area of California and went to college at California State University at Fullerton. He was involved in the medical industry from 1989–1997 as a capital equipment, regional sales manager. He got his first real estate license in California in 1999 and currently holds licenses in California, North Carolina, Colorado,
and Montana.

He and his wife opened their own real estate business in southern California in 2000 and decided to move their family to the mountains of Colorado in 2006. Bret’s ability with systems and organization led him to work with the formation, oversight and training of sales teams for two developers in Colorado from 2006-2009. His love of the mountains and rural areas led him to ranch brokerage COO position in 2009. Bret founded Square Seven Consulting (real estate industry) in 2010. By 2015, Bret had sold, consulted on, or overseen the sale of over $350M of real estate.

Bret’s true passions are his family, friends, and helping others succeed in their goals. He is a decorated and accomplished baseball coach and you can find him at home on a diamond in the spring and summer, with children of all ages. His desire to both learn and to teach, along with his detailed style is a great fit for running the daily operations of a company like Montana 406.

 Ron Allen, Advisor | Broker

After a career in the mining industry, I decided to get involved in the real estate business. I became an agent in 2007 and a broker in 2012. I put my client’s needs first- it's something as important as a real estate transaction. I try to listen to the concerns of my clients and address their needs without complicating things more than they have to be.

I have been a resident of Montana since childhood, married to my high school sweetheart, father to three grown sons, and grandpa to six grandchildren. When not at work, I enjoy my church activities, family functions, trying to make par on any golf course, and enjoying all the outdoor activities this great state has to offer.

Amy Alvarado | Engel & Voelkers MontanaAmy Alvarado, Advisor | REALTOR®

For more than a decade, real estate has been my passion. After multiple out-of-state relocations, buying and selling primary residences, purchasing investment properties and hunting for second homes – I have first-hand experience in what it’s like to be a client AND what I want from an Advisor.
Buyers deserve an Advisor who not only listens and understands their needs, timing and circumstances, but also knows the market inside and out. My Buyers hear about things first, because in this market, you lose out if you don’t.

For Sellers, it’s all about pricing, timing, and procuring the most favorable terms possible. The goal is mutual – getting a “SOLD” sign in your front yard so that you have the freedom to move on to the next chapter of your life.

Rob Brown, Advisor | REALTOR®

I entered real estate in 2004, and have enjoyed successfully aiding my clients through the process of buying and selling homes. I'm committed to provide my clients with the most up-to-date information on current market conditions, and provide exceptional service that surpasses their expectations.

I moved to Bozeman in 2014 with my wife, Suzann, and son, Milo. We’ve enjoyed the adventure of a new place and embraced the outdoor recreation opportunities that beautiful Gallatin Valley has to offer, including skiing at Bridger Bowl, exploring Yellowstone National Park, and discovering new trails and rivers right outside our back door. I also enjoy volunteering with my son at Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter.

Whether you're a first time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, let me put my expertise and experience to work for you.

Jodi Corbeille, Advisor | Broker

My philosophy is simple: customer service is not a part of my business, it is my business. As a fourth generation Montanan, I have a well earned appreciation for the state my family and I call home. Talk to any of my friends and clients and you will find I don't wait for opportunities, I create them. I educated my friends and clients on the market place and how their decisions will affect them in the long and short run. I strive to reach a "Win, Win", where all parties are satisfied and pleased to have been part of the process.

My enthusiasm and integrity, packaged with my innate ability to identify my client's needs is refreshing in today's increasingly automated market.

While buying and selling real estate can be a fun, exciting and rewarding experience, it is important to develop a broad knowledge of the real estate market and all it has to offer you. As your local real estate expert, I am dedicated to providing you with the most enjoyable experience, helping educate you on all aspects of the current market conditions, property values, loans suitable to your needs and desires, and endless knowledge of the communities of interest to you and your family. My experience, skill and familiarity with the Bozeman real estate market are essential ingredients needed to provide you with an enjoyable buying or selling experience. Utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills, energy and effective marketing tactics, I will be dedicated to providing your family the service you deserve.

In addition to residential transactions I have been involved in new construction and lot purchases since the beginning of my real estate career. I take pleasure in the design and development aspect of new construction. Teaming with very successful production builders as well as many custom home builders in Bozeman we have been able cultivate strong businesses relationships with local suppliers. These relationships equal savings that can be passed on to the buyer. We are strategic in every aspect of our building process because we know that multiple lot purchases, and in cooperation with local subcontractors and suppliers produces higher quality homes at more effective prices.

Tina Regnani, Advisor | REALTOR®

As an Alaska Native, I’m inspired by open landscapes, community, integrity, and good, old-fashioned hard work and at a young age learned to value travel and the exposure it provided to diverse cultures and experiences.  While traveling the Rocky Mountains and finding the hidden gem that is Montana, it seemed only natural to relocate from the West Coast’s mountains  and felt like coming home.  Growing up with Fisherman and Builders taught me to enjoy the outdoors and provided me comfort in the world of both commercial and residential construction.  My love of people instigated an education in Health Care where I learned about human dynamics, communication, and the art of listening.

After spending years acquiring Real property, working as the Property Manager of my own homes, and enjoying the exciting process that is Real Estate Buying and Selling, I now feel like a Real Estate industry veteran with solid foundations in First Time Home Buyer Representation, New Home Building, and the complex world of Buying & Selling transactions.  With a long record of successfully guiding clients in achieving their goal of home ownership, my goal will always be to leave no room for error in your home purchase or sale.

Over the years, I’ve been grateful to have learned something new from each negotiating experience I’ve encountered and feel my Real Estate tool box is available to put to work for you, my client.  Together we will make your needs and wish list the priority while experiencing plenty of fun along the way!

A true Bozeman native raised just south of town, Aly has been preparing for her career as a Realtor for many years. Her degree in Marketing from Concordia College paved the way for her to move back to Bozeman and take over as Marketing Director for the Vigilante Theatre Company before she moved onto interior design. After spending time at Pierce Flooring and Ashley Furniture for the last few years, she realized she was ready to sell the whole house, instead of just the things that went in it.

Now she's voraciously eating up all of the information she can find, hungry to become one of the premiere realtors in Bozeman. She understands the needs of both the young, first-time home buyer as well as the seasoned veteran.

Jane Tecca, Advisor | Supervising Broker in Livingston, Montana

For 25 years Jane Tecca has been an ambassador for this region. As a full-time real estate professional, Jane has the expertise and market knowledge savvy buyers and sellers demand. Since 2005, Jane has leveraged her local insight to empower clients about the unique market of Livingston and Paradise Valley real estate.

Jane explains her history in Paradise Valley: "Over 26 years ago, I fell head over heels in love with a professional bull rider. This third-generation born and bred Montanan became my husband. When deciding where to settle down, Tony convinced me there was no better place on earth than Montana." Raised on the family farm, which was Homesteaded in the mid 1800's, in rural South Dakota, Jane connected with Montana's wide open spaces, ranching spirit, and rugged beauty. Paradise Valley has been 'home' ever since.

Tony and Jane's 'herd' includes three children, one granddaughter, several horses, and her Jersey milk cow, Meadow Muffin. When she's not in the office or out showing property, you'll find Jane in the barn. An avid rider, Jane actually cut her teeth in the brokerage business by buying her first team of horses as an eight-year old. Her stoic father, a rancher and auctioneer, nodded approvingly as she completed her first transaction.

Today, Jane deals full-time in her area of expertise and specialty, Livingston and Paradise Valley real estate. From investment properties to recreational parcels, ranches and everything in between, Jane has built a thriving business based on trust and hard work. "I can't imagine a more fulfilling job than helping clients find and purchase their own piece of the Big Sky State," she explains with a smile. When asked about her successful repeat and referral business, Jane explains, "It's all about delivering top-notch, personalized, and professional service to my clients."
